AGENT COORDINATION / AN OPERATOR'S VIEW

Many agents.
One accountable system.

David built COHORT to organize his own projects and tasks as a team of engineering roles with distinct perspectives. Research and recorded decisions became a shared space to develop and build ideas together.

The demo runs entirely in your browser with sample data.

A TEAM OF PERSPECTIVES / EVERY CONTROL HAS A REASON

Keep the reason. Keep the responsibility.

The architect asks what should own a fact. The PM asks how work is broken down and adopted. Builders make the change; independent reviewers ask which revision was checked; an analyst asks whether the operator can see what happened. Authored roles and personas make those perspectives explicit.

The controls prevent concrete failures: two nodes taking the same work, an approval applied to the wrong artifact, rationale disappearing after a handoff, or an unknown result reported as done. A narrow defect may be a SWAT; work under an accepted design may be a task; a new cross-system contract can require an RFC. Not every task needs a new design process.

Saved research and decision history turns into team conventions that get reused. Authority, ownership and review still come from the records that own them, so a bigger memory never quietly grants permission.

THE SYSTEM, IN MOVEMENTS

From a goal to an accountable change.

01 / RETRIEVAL BEFORE REUSE

Find the evidence. Inspect its owner.

Spyglass makes research and knowledge searchable through a derived index. Cairn preserves the source records, revisions and rationale. A retrieved snippet is a starting point; changing current guidance still goes through its owner.

A useful but stale search result can't overwrite a current contract. If the index is corrupted, it rebuilds on its own while the knowledge store and coordinator keep running.

WHAT YOU CAN RUN / WHAT IS DOCUMENTED

What's included.

Runnable here

A plain JavaScript/CSS dashboard, its small Python HTTP server, regression tests, and this sample-only functional Pages demo. Filtering, drilldowns and simulations stay in browser memory.

Documented separately

The coordinator backend, relational write-of-record, knowledge store, agent boot/runtime, authorization and recovery system. Rebuild guides separate implementation references from intent and assessment.

Browse the documented/exported systems and their runtime boundaries. Database-backed records and runtime components live outside this public snapshot.

David's architecture, operating-model and implementation work appears alongside documented agent contributions and retained third-party assets.
